#Separate from base rewards
ReferralRewardsVault is independent from FarmingRewardsVault. Commissions and boosts are paid only from the referral reserve. A failed, clipped, or exhausted referral payment does not reduce the base reward already settled for the farmer.
#Two payout categories
The vault tracks referrer commission and invitee boost totals separately. It also tracks lifetime paid per account within each category. That makes category usage and individual caps explicit in contract state.

#Reserve exhaustion
Inside ReferralRewardsVault, each requested payment is reduced to the smallest of the requested amount, per-payout cap, remaining lifetime allowance, and remaining global reserve. A zero result creates no debt and no future claim against base farming funds.
The coordinator preview subtracts the previewed commission from shared reserve before it knows the referrer's remaining lifetime allowance. If the vault later clips that commission to zero, the invitee boost may already have been reduced or removed even though reserve remains.
#No extra mint
The referral contract calls the funded vault; it cannot call a WEED mint function because none exists. The fixed reserve is the complete source of referral-token payouts.
